Ranata M. Barrier
has over 37 years experience in accounting, telecommunications, and administrative positions. Over 25 years office management experience serving as a Business Office Director, Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, Human Resource Manager and Chief Financial Officer. Very efficient and effective in the development, modification and restructuring of record management for the various companies previously contracted to. Knowledgeable and experienced in the implementation and revision of company procedure manuals and personnel policies. Experienced in Peachtree Accounting Software, Certified as a Quickbooks Pro-Advisor teaching in various companies and universities. Additional certification as a NxLevel Entrepreneur Instructor. A licensed and ordained Elder since 2008. Served as Administrator in various churches, overseeing the finances and purchasing. Ranata served as the Director of Manifested Miracles, a biblically based 7 Month Live in program for women who were substance abusers and homeless. Currently serves as Administrator of Empowering For Life Ministry and over their Ministerial Leadership, Finances and Counseling. Co-Owner of Nu-Visions Innovations LLC whose slogan is “Seeing The Need and Providing the Solution”. Nu-Visions offers Accounting/Bookkeeping, Business Management, Business Consulting, Outreach Ministry and Publishing. Ranata is the mother of 2 daughters, 4 granddaughters.

Treva B. Sanders
is a recently retired Human Resources Manager, so she brings to the table over 34 years of Human Resources knowledge and experience. Her expertise lies in
benefit administration, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, retaining, staffing, developing talent pools,
creating, assessing, and maintaining positive and safe work environments as well as disciplining and separating employees in compliance with policies, procedures, contractual agreements and federal employee labor regulations and laws. Proficient in the interpretation and administration of federal laws as they apply to DOL, EEOC, FECA, MSPB, OWCP, and OSHA. She possesses excellent oral and written communication skills and is qualified as an Advocate, Author, Inspirer, Mediator, Mentor, Teacher, and Life Coach. She is also a certified/licensed Elder, Facilitator,
Trainer, Motivational and Conference Host Speaker. Additionally, Treva has over 40 years of experience in the Financial Field ranging from auditing, accounts payables/receivables, bookkeeping, budgeting/cost analysis, new company set-up, intervention, payroll, and various
other services. She successfully owns and manages a diversity of small businesses. She is married and the mother of four.​
